Lindsay Lohan is not known for her demure composure or her social activism but lo and behold she has cast aside her party-girl persona (i.e. deleted her Intagram posts) and started afresh with an unexpected visit to Turkey where she met the President Erdogan in support of Syrian refugees and in promotion of her filmography.
