In his first State of the Uniom (sic) speech, Trump pleased both GOP kingpins (ruthless figures of neither compassion nor empathy who want their conservative agenda to prevail at all costs) and his base (white males of no great intelligence who feel entitled to privilege), as seen by the smug faces of their representative at the Capitol.

Forced to stay back in Washington instead of heading off to Mar-a-Lago as usual in order to purportedly deal with the government shutdown, President Trump was hard at work in the West Wing this past weekend as the photographs that the White House released clearly attest. Interestingly, the images also showcase the revamped decor of the Oval office which Trump described in a tweet as the "BEST decor the Oval office, or any office for that matter, has EVER seen!!!"
