Nicolas Maduro: Beggars can't be choosers

Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro met his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of China's WW2 military parade in Beijing to discuss bilater matters and the oil market. Venezuela's economy is in dire straights with a cash-strapped government and an estimated inflation rate of over 150%. Unfortunately for Maduro, the meeting resulted in no specific pledges, at least for his country's economy.
