Now that new elections are almost certain in Turkey and the country's President & Ottoman-Empire-revival-hopeful, Tayyip Erdoğan, has a renewed chance of winning a parliamentary majority in order to constitutionally concentrate powers in his hands, his public appearances seem more relaxed and cheerful.
