Kim Jong-un: Commander-in-mischief
When North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is not visiting production facilities or state-of-the-art orphanages, he likes to supervise military drills (or the photoshopping of such) like the one announced today by the Korean Central News Agency, namely a submarine missile test launch that produced "a fiery, blazing trail". This is a great PR stunt for the North Koreans because they are reminding their foes both that they have submarines (that function) and that they can be lethal (at least in photographs). With Moscow flexing its muscles by staging on the same day the biggest military parade to commemorate its victory in WW2, let's just say this wasn't the best day for word peace.
