Talks in Minsk & other high school jinks

Talks in Minsk regarding the Ukrainian conflict between Russian President Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Poroshenko in the company of German Chancellor Merkel and French President Hollande and their host Belarusian strongman Lukashenko, went on in an exceedingly friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, not all participants saw it that way. Poroshenko for example seems slightly pissed with Putin's and Lukashenko's shenanigans.

At the end, after marathon talks that continued into the next morning, an agreement for a ceasefire was reached. Again. It is indeed a reason to rejoice. And hold your breath.
