Syrian conflict: It's always sunny in Putinland

Syrian President Assad paid a surprise visit to Russia this week where he met his Russian counterpart to thank him for his invaluable help in clobbering both ISIS and the Syrian insurgents that want to overthrow him and plead to remain in power vowing to abide by the will of the Syrian people that he hasn't yet barrel-bombed.
