Obama to Putin: A friend on speed is a friend to heed

There's no love lost between President Obama and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, especially vis-à-vis Russia's supportive role in Donald Trump's winning presidential campaign, so it was no surprise that their meeting at the APEC summit was brief and awkward. Αvoiding talking about any hot topic, they instead exchanged pleasantries with Obama reminding Putin that Donald screwed over pretty much everybody we went to bed with.
