The EU-Turkey deal: Shaken, not stirred

The World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul (which is the 2nd most ironic summit that could be held in Turkey after the World Freedom-of-the-Press Summit) provided an opportunity for German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Turkish President-elect-in-perpetuity Tayyip Erdogan to have yet another meeting about the EU-Turkey refugee agreement.
