Belarus: Groundhog Day

Elections in Belarus this past Sunday were as predictable as all the previous ones held under president Alexander Lukashenko's reign; he won yet another term, his 5th, with an overwhelming majority. Concerned that he may only have it in him to win elections for another 30 years, he is already teaching his son the ropes.
