NSA Spying: Savoir Spy-fare

WikiLeaks revelations that the NSA was spying on France drew the required public outcry from French politicians. Obama even had to make yet another awkward call, this time to Francois Hollande. Of course by now, having gone through a similar thing with German Chancellor Angela Merkel as well as Brazilian and Mexican leaders, he had got the hang of it.
