India: Climate Change Blues

Apparently, India refuses to tow the line and follow US-China commitments to cut greenhouse gas emissions for the sake of the planet. It will instead, according to PM Narendra Modi, devise its own action plan, like switching off street lights during full moon nights. And when eventually the coastal cities are destroyed by rising sea levels and their citizens paddle for survival onboard rickety flotsam rafts, they will at least have learnt how to navigate by the moon and stars. So it's all good.
