Russia: Supporting Democracy Everywhere (Except in Russia)

Russia, always at the forefront of spreading democracy around the world by supporting regional elections, starting with those areas contiguous to its borders (which overwhelmingly vote in favor of secession & integration into Russia) and moving outwards.
